These terms govern your use of the 3 to 13 web experience and companion mobile apps.
Using the service
3 to 13 is provided for personal gameplay and entertainment. You agree not to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with game sessions, the website, or the connected mobile apps.
No account system
The service does not require traditional user accounts. Access to a seat is tied to a device token and a game code, so you are responsible for the nickname and device you use to join or host a table.
Device tokens and gameplay data
The service stores game-state data needed to run live sessions and stores a hashed version of each reconnect token. Avoid entering sensitive personal information in nicknames or other public-facing fields.
Purchases
Pro purchases are handled by Apple or Google through their own billing systems. Those purchases may unlock additional features on supported devices, but payment processing itself is not handled directly by this site.
No warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted access, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3 to 13 and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
